Introduction

Welcome to the Agent Event Terms & Conditions page of Los Angeles Spanish School, a leading lifestyle education provider specializing in high-quality Spanish language courses. We are committed to providing a seamless experience for both our agents and event participants. This page outlines the terms and conditions governing the participation of agents in our events.

1. Eligibility

Our agent events are open to authorized agents who have completed the necessary accreditation process with Los Angeles Spanish School. If you are interested in becoming an authorized agent, please refer to our Become an Agent page for more information.

2. Event Registration

To participate in our agent events, registration is required. Once registered, agents will receive a confirmation email containing event details, including the date, time, and location, as well as any additional instructions or requirements.

3. Event Guidelines

Agents attending our events are expected to conduct themselves professionally and adhere to our guidelines to ensure a positive and productive experience for all participants. The guidelines include:

  • Respect: Treat fellow agents, staff, and event participants with respect and courtesy.
  • Punctuality: Arrive on time for scheduled activities to make the most of the event.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the event.
  • Compliance: Abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

4. Event Content

Our agent events aim to provide valuable insights into our Spanish language courses, curriculum, teaching methodologies, and overall learning experience. These events include presentations, demonstrations, discussions, and interactive sessions led by our experienced staff and instructors.

5. Booking and Cancellation

Agents interested in attending our events should book their spots in advance through our online booking system. In case of cancellation, we kindly request agents to notify us at least 48 hours before the event to allow us to offer the spot to others. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in limited future event opportunities.

6. Liability

While we strive to create a safe and secure environment, Los Angeles Spanish School holds no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during our agent events. Agents participate in these events at their own risk and are advised to take appropriate precautions.

7. Modifications

Los Angeles Spanish School reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the agents to review and adhere to the most current version.
